Project Summary:
While at DDC Public Affairs, I served as the primary designer for Norton Healthcare, a large nonprofit health system in Louisville, Kentucky, developing an internal engagement program aimed at raising awareness, educating employees, and increasing participation in health policy discussions.

Develop a unified brand identity and visual system for the Engage program that clearly communicates goals, projects a professional image, and enhances employee and community engagement.

Design Approach:
Applied a minimal, uncluttered visual language to ensure messages were easy to digest. Maintained brand consistency across print, digital, and motion, and coordinated occasional support from other designers as needed, while handling the majority of design work independently.
