Project Summary:
During my time at DDC Public Affairs, I served as the lead graphic and motion designer for Norton Healthcare's Engage program. It’s an initiative designed to educate and advocate for both employees and the local community on critical health policy issues. I developed the program's visual identity and designed a range of branded materials, including motion graphics, social media content, event visuals, and multimedia assets. The goal was to create a cohesive and engaging visual experience that helped increase awareness, strengthen participation, and support the program's communication objectives.

Impact:
The Engage program helped expand awareness of health policy issues among Norton Healthcare employees and community members through a consistent and engaging visual presence across digital, social, and event-based communications. As the primary designer, I developed and maintained the program's visual identity across multiple channels, helping create a cohesive experience that supported participation and engagement. The program achieved an approximately 90% engagement rate and was later recognized with industry award recognition.
