Norton Healthcare, a nonprofit in Louisville, Kentucky, provides diverse medical services through its hospitals and community initiatives. To improve employee awareness and involvement in health policy, they partnered with my team at DDC Public Affairs to create the award-winning Norton Healthcare Engage program. This program educates and engages employees and community members in health policy discussions, empowering them to make informed decisions impacting their community and the organization.
My role was to create the program's branding, establishing a unified brand identity and system across all campaign materials. This involved designing visual elements and graphics that effectively conveyed the program’s message while aligning with the brand identity and objectives.

Embracing minimalistic design is crucial for achieving success.
My goal was to create a clear and uncluttered brand identity that directs the audience’s focus to the client’s message without being complex. Additionally, this brand utilizes carefully chosen elements and design systems to enhance the topics' seriousness.
Stand out of the crowd with motion and multimedia experience.
I have the opportunity to create motion graphic designs that are more engaging and visually appealing, helping to capture and retain the audience’s attention effectively, as part of a program requiring creative content across several media platforms, including an Engage Speakers event produced and managed in-house.
