Brand Identity · Motion Graphics · Social Media · Campaign Design
Client: Norton Healthcare (via DDC Public Affairs)
Role: Primary Graphic & Motion Designer
Responsibilities: Brand Identity, Motion Graphics, Social Media, Campaign Design, Event Graphics
Overview:
The Engage program is a public affairs initiative created to educate and inform Norton Healthcare employees and the local community about healthcare policy and advocacy. As the primary graphic and motion designer on the account, I developed and maintained the program's visual identity across digital, print, motion, and event communications, helping create a consistent and recognizable experience throughout the campaign.

Design Approach:
The visual identity was built around a clean, modern design system that made complex policy topics easier to understand and more engaging for a broad audience. I developed flexible design standards that could be applied across social media, motion graphics, presentations, event materials, and promotional campaigns while maintaining a consistent look and feel. Throughout the program, I collaborated closely with strategists, writers, and account teams, while independently producing the majority of the creative assets.

Deliverables:
- Brand identity and visual design system
- Motion graphics and animated social content
- Social media campaign assets
- Event branding and promotional materials
- Presentation and multimedia graphics
- Marketing collateral for the Engage Speakers Series
