Client: Norton Healthcare (via DDC Public Affairs)
Role: Graphic & Motion Designer (Brand Identity, Motion, Social, Multimedia)
While at DDC Public Affairs, I worked with Norton Healthcare, a large nonprofit health system in Louisville, Kentucky, providing hospitals, clinics, and community care programs. I developed an internal engagement program aimed at raising awareness, educating employees, and increasing participation in health policy discussions affecting staff and the community.
Objective:
Develop a unified brand identity and visual system for the Engage program that communicates goals clearly, looks professional, and enhances employee and community engagement.
Deliverables:
- Brand identity and visual design system
- Motion graphics for digital storytelling
- Social media content and animated assets
- Multimedia collateral for presentations and events
- Event visuals for Engage Speakers series
Design Approach:
Created a minimal, uncluttered visual language to ensure messages were easy to digest. Applied the brand system consistently across print, digital, and motion to improve recognition and engagement while staying aligned with Norton Healthcare’s broader organizational identity.
Impact / Usage:
Materials were widely used in internal communications and community outreach, supporting Norton Healthcare’s employee engagement goals. The work contributed to an award-winning initiative that strengthened brand consistency and program visibility.
