The National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) advocates for the interests of over 900 electric cooperatives across the United States. These cooperatives are vital to their communities, providing essential services and support. To amplify their impact and give a voice to their contributions, my team at DDC Public Affairs developed the Voices for Cooperative Power (VCP) campaign. VCP’s mission is to provide a platform for individuals to share stories about the numerous ways electric co-ops enhance their communities.
My role in this project was to develop a unified brand identity and system applied consistently across various campaign deliverables. This involved designing a cohesive visual and messaging strategy that reinforced the campaign’s objectives and resonated with our target audience. By maintaining a consistent brand presence, we effectively communicated the value and importance of electric cooperatives to a broader audience.
